Only one account may be maintained per person and an individual email address may only be used for a single account.
Where multiple family members wish to join the panel, they will each be required to register their own individual account, with the exception of children under the age 16 who may be registered under a parent or guardian account.

Confidentiality
By participating in market research sessions, you may be exposed to commercially sensitive information and you agree to treat all information you receive as confidential information; you agree that you will not discuss or disclose any information to anyone outside the immediate research session in which you are participating.
Further, you undertake not to use, post or transmit any:
- Information or material which may damage our reputation or the reputation of any business with which we may be contracted to provide market research services;
- Material which violates or infringes the rights of any person, including but not limited to the rights of privacy, copyright, trademarks, patents, confidentiality and any other intellectual property, personal or proprietary rights.
Incentive payments
Panel members are typically offered monetary incentives by our clients to participate in research sessions. These incentives may be paid in a number of ways including EFT payments into your nominated account, paid either by us or our client, cash on the day or e-gift voucher. You will be notified in advance on the type of incentive being offered and how this will be paid to you.
To be entitled to the payment offered to you, you will be required to complete all components of the research task which will be described to you before you commit to participate.
Your commitment
We go to extreme lengths to meet our clients’ specifications on every project and rely on maintaining a panel of participants who are genuine, honest and committed to full and engaged participation. The selection process for some projects can be a little involved as we seek very specific participant criteria for most projects. Once selected and confirmed, you undertake to ensure you will attend at the scheduled time and place and that in the event that you need to withdraw that you will provide adequate notice for us to find a suitable replacement.
Late arrivals are rarely allowed to participate, and repeated late arrivals or no-shows will be removed from our panel.
Screening process
We will send you invitations to participate based on the profile information we store about you. For most research sessions this will include sending you a link to a short screening survey so that we can check your eligibility.
You will not be offered any payment for completing these screening questionnaires and any information that you supply in these screening questionnaires will only ever be used by us to determine if you meet our client’s specific criteria for participation.
We may also use this information to check consistency between surveys and may remove panellists who provide inconsistent, inaccurate or unreliable information.
Inappropriate use and content
You undertake not to email, post or submit any defamatory, offensive, illegal or inappropriate material or any material which infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or which contains a virus, worm, Trojan horse or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties. You agree to not attempt to modify or damage the site and must not use the site in connection with any mass distribution of email (spam) or denial of service attack. You must not cause or permit any other person to engage in any of these activities (e.g., by providing them with access to your computer or by providing password information to them).

We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any files available for downloading through the site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for virus detection, accuracy of data input and output and for maintaining an appropriate means for the reconstruction of any lost data.
